UI/UX Designer - ICT Department

• To create user-oriented UI/UX design for apps such as mobile Banking, E-Wallet, and websites
like commercial website, internet banking etc., by understanding business requirements,
customer journey and customer feedback
• To illustrate design ideas using user flow, wireframe diagram, sitemaps, storyboards and
graphical interfaces that reflect mental models of business partners and end user customers
• To collaborate with business team, marketing team and internal/external designers to deliver
simple and elegant digital products to compete in rapidly growing market
• Able to design graphical interface elements such as menus, tabs and widgets
• Able to advise and guide the implementation of UX research methods and lead testing phases
ensuring prediction and analysis of user behavior

▪ Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher
▪ Proven UI/UX designer having more than 3 years working experience in UI/UX design
▪ Portfolio of digital products
▪ Proficiency in using Figma, Sketch or other prototyping tools
▪ Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
▪ Good team player
▪ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, able to work under pressure
