Job Description
  • Act as point of contact for establishing and maintaining mutual business relationship with other international and domestic banking counter parties.
  • Promote FI related business facilities to other banking counter parties.
  • Liaise, organize, manage, attend, and report business network meetings and events.
  • Resolve FI related day-to-day business operation issues.
  • Maintain RMA establishment, Annual Reviews, Open/Close of new/existing account.
  • Evaluate client’s credit data and financial statement in order to determine the degree of risk involve in lending money to them.
  • Analyze Financial and Non-Financial data of counter parties for repayment capabilities.
  • Access, analyze and interpret financial status of clients by ratio analysis, trend analysis.
  • Responsible for assessing an applicant’s credit worthiness.
  • Prepare FI Credit Application Form based on above analysis and presenting to Management Credit Committee (or) Board Credit Committee
  • Conduct periodic Counterparty Analysis and Credit Monitoring on Financial Institutions (Annually, Quarterly, etc.)
  • Ensure all KYC/CDD documentation is in place, on time, in cooperating with compliance colleagues.
  • Ensure the right legal documentation (ISDA/CSA/GMRA) is in place to allow our product partners to trade.
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder, with minimum 3-5 years of credit and sales experience covering local FIs.
  • Experience and familiarity with the FI clients, with ideally 3-5 years of experience in an FI coverage role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect with clients.
  • Knowledge in two of more financial institutions products across Trade Finance Solutions, Capital Markets, Treasury / Financial Markets.
  • Experience in driving negotiating of legal documentation will be advantageous.
  • Have strong financial analysis background and problem-solving skills.
