Job Description
  • Collaborate with the respective department heads to propose a creative direction aligned with brand strategy, business direction, and go-to-market plans.
  • Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals.
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies and develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
  • Expand and develop marketing platforms, including social media platforms.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Working closely with sales teams, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, material, and presentations.
  • Guiding day-to-day activities of marketing team and analyzing consumer behavior and determining customer personas.
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
  • Work closely with product management/strategy team to define marketing material and programs.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.

  • Manage social media reputation and recognition and undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment.
  • Build a strong relationship with business partners, agencies, and clients.
  • Focus on developing the brand’s financial performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree or Professional Degree in business management or marketing management or equivalent.
  • 10 years’ experience in the marketing management profession with 5 years’ experience in financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in commercial, 360 marketing, growth hacking, team development, and data analytics.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and building project plans and presentations.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and SharePoint
