Job Description
  • To handle daily operation of wallet and mobile/Internet banking application issues and providing technical support to external and internal users.
  • To investigate and resolve issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To perform operation tasks, processes, and workflow to produce high-quality, cost-effective delivery of digital banking products.
  • To support SIT/UAT testing of mobile/internet banking application and back-end system if necessary.
  • To maintain comprehensive documentation of workflow, processes, procedures, common support issues, resolutions, and FAQs.
  • Report to Deputy Head of Digital and ADC – IT Department.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in fields of information technology, business, banking and finance.
  • Proven experience in application support or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry with minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Knowledge of Mobile and Internet Banking applications and their functionalities.
  • Be a good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to deliver multiple projects/tasks.
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English.
