E-wallet, Technical Manager – ICT Department

• To handle product development and project development technically
• To work closely with development team and business team to deliver end products meeting
delivery timeline and quality standards
• Able to take leader role in preparing application architecture and system architecture
• To design and develop iOS and Android Apps based on business requirements
• To perform operational tasks, review and plan onsite/offshore/internal/vendor support model to
produce high-quality, cost-effective IT operation
• Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to design and
develop technical advanced products
• Able to work with other products/service providers for integration work
• Able to manage reconciliation process with various business partners
• To ensure processes and procedures complying internal SOP and regulatory requirements

▪ Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher
▪ 3+ years’ experience in app development (iOS and Android) and API development
▪ Java, Python, SQL skill requirement
▪ Project Management Experience and Vendor Management Experience
▪ Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of project development and
IT operation
▪ Multi-tasking and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, able to work under pressure
▪ Good Communication in English is mandatory
