Job Description

• Drive product strategies and long-term vision of the digital product & services.
• Manage the research, design, development, launch, review and maintenance of the digital channels of the bank.
• Ability to craft product vision ( short term to long term ) and convert into a concrete strategy.
• Gather user ( internal / external ) requirements, perform requirements refinement and prioritize the requirements based on the market demand, bank’s strategy.
• Provide the bank’s Management with necessary information in order to obtain the decision for further executions.
• Conduct regular product reviews to identify customer pain points, product performance issues and improve the overall usability of the product.

Job Requirements

• minimum 4+ years in digital management or similar role.
• Proficient in the areas of Digital Touch-points ( E.g., Mobile App, Website, Pay/ Wallet App ), Communication Channel ( E.g., Chat Bots, Multi Communication Channels ) .
• Prior knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiation skills.
• Usability and customer-focused design experience.
• Passionate about building great products, solving customer and business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business IT or related field.
• Master degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in Financial Institutes ( FI ), MFI, FinTech Product Development is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
