Job Description

Project Management:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams.
  • Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
  • Ensure the Scrum framework is followed, and the team is adhering to Agile principles.
  • Remove impediments and protect the team from outside distractions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate team development.
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Support product owners in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing features.
Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), specifically Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and software development projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
